The Veterans Corporate Council's Founding Story
The Veterans Corporate Council (VCC) wasn't born in a boardroom but from a shared purpose. In 2018, three veterans leading their respective company's veteran resource groups - Charles Spence, John Bopp, and Daniel Collins - collectively recognized a gap.
From the anecdotes of colleagues to personal experiences, it was clear to this new team that veterans, with their unique skills and leadership qualities, often face challenges transitioning to the corporate world.

Driven by a desire to bridge this divide, Charles, John, and Daniel envisioned a national network. A network that would empower Veteran Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and foster a more inclusive business landscape.
